This policy explains what we do with your information when you use this website or contact us. We keep it simple, because we collect very little.
What this website collects
This site has no accounts, no shopping cart and no tracking or advertising cookies. We do not run analytics on it.
The booking form on our Contact page does not send anything to us or store anything on this website. It simply builds a WhatsApp message on your own device and opens WhatsApp with it. Nothing leaves your phone until you press send in WhatsApp.
Third parties on this site
- Google Maps - the maps on our Locations page are embedded from Google, which may set its own cookies and receive your IP address.
- Google Fonts - our typefaces load from Google’s font service.
- WhatsApp (Meta) - when you message us, WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply to that conversation.
These are separate companies with their own privacy policies, and we have no control over what they collect.
What we keep when you contact us
When you book by WhatsApp or phone we keep your name, number and booking details so we can run the appointment and recognise you next time. We keep it no longer than we need it, and we do not sell it or share it with anyone for marketing.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message or phone us on 071 489 3052 and we will action it.
