About us
This website is operated by The Grooming Bar (TGB Barbershop), an independent barbershop trading from two locations in Vanderbijlpark, South Africa.
Bookings
Booking requests made through this website are sent to us on WhatsApp. A request is not a confirmed appointment until we reply and confirm it. We will always try to hold your preferred slot, but times are subject to availability and to walk-in traffic on the day.
If you cannot make your appointment, please message us so we can give the chair to someone else. Repeated no-shows may mean we ask you to walk in rather than book ahead.
Services
We will always discuss what you want before we start. If you are unsure, ask the barber - we would rather talk it through than guess. We may decline work we do not believe we can do well, or that would damage your hair or skin.
Prices
Service prices are displayed in-store and may change. Product prices shown on this website are correct at the time of publishing but may change without notice; the price in-store at the time of purchase is the one that applies.
Children
Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of their appointment.
Photography
We sometimes photograph finished cuts for our social media and this website. We will always ask you first, and you are free to say no - it will not affect your booking. If a photo of you is already published and you want it removed, message us and we will take it down.
This website
We keep the information here as accurate as we can, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free at all times. The TGB name, logo and photographs on this site belong to The Grooming Bar and may not be reused without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and nothing in them limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
